In Tools section, connect Your Website to facebook instant article, There is a meta tag appear on the page which need to copy to your bloggers <head> section

After approved your website you need to connect your blogger post to Facebook Instant Articles, to connect your post there is a option name production RSS Feed. Copy your blogger feed and paste the text box and save.

If your feed is approved then Go to Audience network option and select Get a Placement ID. Your busienss manager page will open and showing you to create a new placement ID.Click on Create Placement and setup the name and ad format. After setting all the required details.
